This is just an asinine article. This is almost as bad as some “analyst” who said CFers should start looking for new jobs because CF is dying. Until I see names with these sold-called, “analysts” I won’t even bother a second thought.

Even if AJAX does become so widely used, it still has its quirks and cross-browser problems. Flash and Acrobat have almost become household names, so I don’t think this is going to happen within the next 20 years.
Not unless major multimedia websites and companies start coming up with a way to deliver AJAX and XPS the same way that will render PDFs and SWFs useless and outdated, then we don’t need to worry.
